2. Payment Policies

Payments for reservations must be made in full prior to your arrival. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. All prices are quoted in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

For long-term stays or special packages, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your reservation confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we offer a flexible cancellation policy for most bookings. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be subject to a fee equal to one night's stay.

For group bookings or special promotions, different cancellation policies may apply. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

Upon check-in, guests are required to present valid identification and the credit card used for booking. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the comfort and privacy of other guests. Crystal Bay Lodge reserves the right to remove any guests who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
